Cumulative Budget is made by a very small team, which means your email reaches the people who build the thing rather than a ticket queue. We answer in English, Turkish and German.
We aim to reply within two working days. There is no phone line — writing it down gets you a better answer.
What to write about
Support and bug reports
Something not working, numbers that look wrong, or an account you cannot get into. Tell us what you did, what you expected and what happened instead — and whether you were on the web app or Android.
Feature requests
Most of what the app does today started as a user email. If a budgeting habit of yours is awkward to express in the app, that is worth writing to us about.
Corrections to the guides
If something in an article is out of date, unclear or simply wrong, point us at it. Corrections are made quickly and the article's updated date changes with them.
Privacy and data requests
Access, export or deletion of your data, and anything else covered by the privacy policy.
